ARCANA is a smart tool we are building that lets anyone design their 1 BHK, 2 BHK or larger home — pick furniture, see the full layout, and get an exact price — in one sitting. No designer visit. No surprise bills.
Think of it like hiring a top interior designer — except instead of weeks of back-and-forth and paying upfront without knowing the final cost, you get the complete design done in one sitting, right from your phone or laptop.
A customer visits our platform, tells us their home size, scans or uploads their room, picks a style they like — and the AI generates a full design with furniture, colours, materials, and an exact price quote. No designer meeting needed.
Most of the experience is fully automatic. Our team only steps in when the customer is ready to confirm and go ahead — to finalise the deal and assign the right contractor.

The customer lands on our website or app, sees what ARCANA does, and starts a free trial — no payment, no commitment needed. They just enter some basics: how big is the home (1 BHK / 2 BHK etc.), which rooms they want to design, and their rough budget range.
The customer gives us the shape and size of their rooms. They can do this in whichever way is easiest for them — the platform handles all three. The AI converts this into a clean digital layout it uses to design around.
A short, fun quiz helps the AI understand the customer's taste. It works like swiping on a social app — no design knowledge needed. The customer just says what they like and what they need, and the AI carries it all into the design.
With one tap, the AI creates 3 complete room layouts — showing exactly where the sofa goes, how the kitchen is arranged, what the bedroom looks like. The customer walks through the room in 3D and can change anything they want.
Every item in the design has a real price attached. As the customer makes changes, the total cost updates in real time. At the end, they can download a detailed quote showing every item — what it is, its size, what it costs, and how much the installation or labour will be.
For customers who want to go further before confirming, we offer a few extras — a video tour of their finished home, a drawing pack ready to hand to any contractor, or a short call with one of our design experts.
Once a customer has their design and quote and is close to confirming, our team gets notified. This is where the human element comes in — reviewing the customer's design, answering any final questions, negotiating if needed, and converting them into a paid, confirmed project.
The admin team does not need to get involved in the design itself — the AI handles all of that. Their job is focused purely on deal finalisation, pricing negotiation, and assigning the right local contractor once a project is confirmed. Everything before that point runs automatically.
